Return/Replacement Policy
We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:
The product is damaged.
The product is expired.
The wrong product or incorrect quantity was shipped.
Important Note:
Before raising a return or replacement request, please ensure you record an unboxing video that clearly shows all corners of the product packaging, with the product fully visible. Returns or replacements will not be accepted for products that have been opened or used.

Processing Time for Refund/Replacement Requests
Allow 48 hours for us to review your request.
If your claim is verified, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours and arrange for a reverse pickup.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for any reason, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may return the product following our Return and Refund Policy.
